Whilst Steve and Caroline are leading your campaign, beside them are Principal, Megan; and our team of salespeople and administrators committed to ensuring that we deliver a quality service for you every step of the way.
Steve and Caroline will be with you every step of the way; all your requirements will be carried out by him personally, including private buyer appointments, Open Homes, Building, Pre-Settlement and
Valuation inspections. All communication will come directly from Steve or Caroline - so you won’t have our team calling you directly. If one of our sales team; another Ray White office or any other Real Estate Agency’s salesperson would like to introduce a buyer, we will happily do a conjunctional with them. It is important as vendor’s agents that we allow all possible buyers in the marketplace access to your home through your salesperson.
If you are out of town, or very busy, our MyDesktop system enables you to access in real-time pertinent buyer activity and information relating to your property as and when it happens. Steve and Caroline will be in daily contact throughout your campaign. They will provide you with a comprehensive written weekly report updating you on buyer activity, marketing changes, price feedback and source of buyer enquiry.
In addition, they will meet with you face-to-face once a week to review and re-strategise your selling campaign. If you are out of town, Steve or Caroline will conduct Facetime, Skype or teleconference with you at your convenience.
