Anita Stuck has had a real passion for Papakura real estate that began when she purchased her first home in 1988. She has refurbished and landscaped a number of homes over the years and is currently enjoying renovating their home in Karaka. In 2004 with the family growing she began her career in Papakura Real estate. Anita's goal is to make the process of buying and selling your Papakura home as painless and stress free as possible for everyone concerned, she strives to deliver a high standard of service for all of her clients with the help and support of the team at Harcourts Papakura.
Anita is consistently mentioned in the Papakura office Top Performers awards and since 2009 has regularly achieved regional & national award status in the Northern region top 100. In 2015 Anita has been awarded the Top Auction Lister status several times with each and every Auction selling prior or under the hammer for a premium price. She has recently achieved $55 million in settled sales.
Anita is very focused on her family and her spare time is often spent with her granddaughter, Lola.
Her two sons have now grown up, the eldest resides in Australia working a career in hospitality while the other works at Auckland Domestic Terminal for Air New Zealand. Her daughter has now also inherited the real estate bug and is currently working in the local Harcourts office as receptionist/office administrator and part time PA to Anita. Together with her husband they own a 1963 Cadillac and share a love of the Rock n Roll and Art Deco eras.
